Grace Boutique’s Replacement Policy
Within fourteens days from delivery, the customer must notify Grace Boutique by email Godisgrace247@gmail.com or by phone at 240-460-2052 or text, regarding a requested return. Returns are for defects only. We expect our customers to know their true size and sizing may be adjustable slightly up or down. Refunds will not be made when customers size incorrectly and only for defects when we do not specify coloration variations some of our items are tie dyed or are made with color variations which are not defects. You must contact us and received an RA number before returning any items for replacement. We will once received, give you credit for the mailing expenses through USPS regular mail.
This process could take 30 days to complete depending on the actual return. The returned items must be identical to the brand, specifications, item description and condition of the original purchase. We cannot replace items lost in the mail or not returned to us.
